§ Dr. OwenI am aware that some people in these areas have experienced difficulty in obtaining treatment but understand that the number of dentists in contract with the National Health Service in these areas has risen by five over the last two years. The Cheshire Family Practitioner Committee, though having no power to direct a practitioner to accept any patient, is always willing to assist patients in their area who experience difficulty.
