asked Her Majesty's Government:
What is the expected date for the opening of the section of the M.3 between London and Lightwater.

My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment is at present considering the effect which the opening of this section of the M.3 would be likely to have on existing roads, and will make an announcement shortly.
