§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Minister of Overseas Development if she will make a statement on her attitude towards the French proposal for an EEC aid fund based on each of the nine countries committing 0.7 per cent of gross national product to overseas aid.
§ Mrs. HartAs my right hon. Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary told the House on 19th March—[Vol. 870, c. 867.]—aid policies are among those matters which have to be reviewed. This review will naturally cover the question of a new EEC aid fund for the benefit of developing countries that will not be associated with the Community.
