§ 34. Mr. Ian Campbellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what the economic effects of the three-day week have been on Scotland.
§ Mr. William RossIt is too early to make a full assessment, but the three-day week resulted in a substantial increase in unemployment, short-time working, loss of wages and loss of production.
