§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Industry (1) what was the estimated surplus or shortfall in availability of scrap in relation to optimum requirements by the British Steel Corporation in each financial period 1969–70, 1970–71, 1971–72 and 1972–73;
(2) what is the estimated optimum demand for scrap stock projected by the British Steel Corporation for 1974–75, 1975–76 and 1976–77, and what is the projected consumption of scrap stock for each of these periods.
