§ Mrs. HartExpenditure on aid to Chile for the six months ending 31st March 1974 is estimated as follows:
£000 Capital Aid 64 This expenditure relates to a £750,000 loan signed in 1969, which has been almost completely disbursed. Technical Assistance 316 of which: Training in the United Kingdom 108 Experts in Chile 65 Equipment 133 Other 10 This expenditure relates to commitments made during the period of the previous Government.
§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many members of the Chilean armed forces and police are at present being trained in Great Britain; and what agreements are in existence for the continuation of those arrangements.
