§ Mr. PrenticeMy Department has no power to make grants in respect of expenditure by local education authorities on statutory capital projects such as the rebuilding of the Hanham Youth Centre, with which I understand my hon. Friend is particularly concerned; nor has it received any request for grant for this purpose from the Avon Education Authority.
