§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) if he will give an assessment of the percentage of total crude oil reserves in the British sector of the North Sea held by (a) British and Anglo-Dutch, (b) United States and Canadian, and (c) French interests;
(2) if he will give an assessment of the percentage of the total British sector North Sea oil reserves held by wholly-owned United Kingdom State corporations operating in various participations.
