asked the Attorney-General if it is proposed to issue warrants against people wearing black shirts in Red Lion Square on 15th June.

asked the Attorney-General what action the Director of Public Prosecutions intends to take against members of the National Front who wore black shirts during the course of the demonstration in London on Saturday 15th June.

asked the Attorney-General whether the Director of Public Prosecutions intends to take action against those who wore black shirts in the demonstrations in London on 15th June.

(2) whether the Director of Public Prosecutions has completed his inquiry into the question of National Front marchers wearing black shirts in the demonstration on Saturday 15th June.

I have already arranged for the Director of Public Prosecutions to investigate the reports that a number of persons were wearing black shirts, amounting to uniform for the purposes of the Public Order Act 1936. I am not yet in a position to give a fuller reply.
