HC Deb 25 June 1974 vol 875 c404W
Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he will make a statement on operations in Northern Ireland.

Mr. Mason

The Army, working with the Royal Ulster Constabulary throughout Northern Ireland, has continued to operate against the terrorist from whatever quarter he may come. In past weeks a number of wanted terrorists have been arrested, and further red-handed arrests and finds of weapons and bomb-making materials have been made.
