§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI understand that there is a long-standing problem of land drainage in this area but am not aware of any further deterioration in the position which would endanger life or property. The Northern Ireland Department of Agriculture, subject to the agreement of all landowners concerned, is planning to carry out a major drainage improvement 444W scheme on the Upper Main river which would permit proper drainage.
