Mr. Farr

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what provision has been made for the continuance of the major project initiated by the Instrumentation Unit of the Water Resources Board in monitoring the movement of migratory fish.

The project on the monitoring of migratory fish which was begun by the Water Resources Board is being continued by the Central Water Planning Unit in association with the Water Research Centre.
