asked the Secretary of State for Wales what steps are being taken to find new tenants for the vacant factory space at Cefn Coed, Merthyr Tydfil.

A 14,000 sq. ft. factory at Cefn Coed has now been allocated to Shounabath Ltd. The company plans to provide 80 new jobs for men within three years.
