asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what instructions he has issued to new town corporations regarding the sale of houses to sitting tenants.

26. Mr. Allason

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will authorise the resumption of the sale, to existing tenants, of new town houses, which practice ceased in April 1974.
