§ Mrs. CastleI am concerned at the small number of women members, and my Department is now making renewed efforts to encourage the nomination of more women, particularly in those areas where the proportion is lower than average, with the object of ensuring at least that there is a woman member in each tribunal. We are also trying to encourage the nomination of more people under 40.
