Mr. Marten

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many documents of secondary legislation have been approved by the Council of Ministers since the setting up of the Scrutiny Committee which have not been before the Scrutiny Committee.

Mr. Hattersley

I am not aware of any proposals for Community secondary legislation which have been adopted by the Council of Ministers since the establishment of the Scrutiny Committee, which have not been on the agenda of the Committee.
