§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he is aware of the nuisance and annoyance caused to residents of the Vale of Clwyd by low-flying military aircraft, particularly during the evening; and if he will take steps to remedy this state of affairs.
§ Mr. JuddI fully appreciate that low-flying training can cause a measure of disturbance to those on the ground despite our efforts to keep it to a minimum. Unfortunately, such training, however, is indispensable to the maintenance of operational efficiency.
