asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of its impact on credit availability and the stability of the banking system, he will publish an estimate of the amount of recycled money made available by the commercial banks to the secondary banking system in the past 12 months

No. The arrangements for supporting the secondary banking system have been a matter for the Bank of England in co-operation with the clearing banks.
