§ Mr. Bryant Godman Irvineasked the Minister of Overseas Development (1) if she will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT figures showing, by country, the total amounts of financial aid given, or promised, to the former Dependencies, i.e., those whose affairs were the concern of the former Colonial and Commonwealth Offices, from January 1945 to the latest date for which figures are available;
(2) which of the former Dependencies have received, or were promised, budgetary aid, as distinct from aid for specific objects; and what were the amounts during the period from 1945 to the latest date for which figures are available.
§ Mrs. HartThe following table shows the total amounts of (a) all financial aid and (b) budgetary aid received by former Dependencies between 1st April 1945 and 31st March 1973.
