§ Mr. ArmstrongLocal education authorities make provision in a variety of ways to meet the individual needs of pupils with specific reading difficulties. Following the report on this subject by the Advisory Committee on Handicapped Children in 1972 progress is being made by local education authorities in providing more facilities for remedial teaching.
