§ Mrs. Winifred Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the total of borrowing consents authorised by the Scottish Development Department against capital expenditure for environmental, road and sewerage contracts excluding treatment works for 1973 on a quarterly basis for the following authorities, including independent burghs, Fife, Kinross, Clackmannan, West Lothian, Dunbartonshire, Stirlingshire, Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Edinburgh; and what are the corresponding figures for the first two quarters in 1974.
