Mr. Wyn Roberts

asked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will take steps to ensure that the whole of Gwynedd is regarded as a priority agricultural region by the EEC for the purpose of obtaining finance from the Guidance Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.
