§ Mr. MeacherMy right hon. Friend hopes to make a statement soon about the Government's plans for taking shipbuilding, ship repairing and marine engineering into public ownership and control. We have no plans, at present, for extending public ownership to firms whose main activity is the construction of yachts and small craft.
