asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when she expects to announce the names of the members of the Newham Community Health Council.

The formation of the community health council is the responsibility of the North-East Thames Regional Health Authority. The council has now been appointed and I shall ask the authority to send my hon. Friend a list of the membership.
