§ 23. Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the latest progress in the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe.
§ Mr. AmeryThe second stage of the conference resumed work on 15th January. Delegates will now be engaged in seeking to draft agreed conclusions on the basis of the many detailed proposals which have been put forward.
