§ Mr. Gordon CampbellAs the hon. Member for Midlothian (Mr. Eadie) was informed on 12th December last—[Vol. 866, c125]—I am about to consult interested bodies on proposals for improving the thermal insulation standards prescribed in the Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations. Any resultant additional costs for new public sector houses would be reckonable for housing expenditure subsidy.
