§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have made no estimate of this, but my officials are keeping in close touch with the progress of a study of second homes in Scotland which has been commissioned from the Dartington Amenity Research Trust by the Countryside Commission for Scotland, the Scottish Tourist Board and the Highlands and Islands Development Board.
