§ Mr. David HowellThe estimates given in the IMEG Report of the United Kingdom's prospects in the offshore226W market for equipment and services were, of course, the professional opinion of the authors, and they were considered on this basis. In relation to the estimated involvement of British enterprise the broad recommendations were accepted as a helpful basis for planning. However, a study is in hand of the North Sea programme which may change some of the predictions in the report.
