§ Mr. David HowellThere were two national campaigns running which ended on 20th November and 21st December respectively. Three area boards have advertised since Christmas ; one ceased to do so on 7th January and the others 157W have been asked to terminate their advertisements. The emergency regulations do not apply to advertising.
