Friend has made inquiries of the Commissioner, who informs him that he sent two Metropolitan Police officers to Brazil after receiving information that Mr. Biggs was living there and might be willing to return voluntarily to the United Kingdom. Mr. Biggs was traced and identified, and I understand that he is now in the custody of the Brazilian authorities.
