On which day they began to discuss with the Commission of the E.E.C. the possibility of the E.E.C. as a whole ratifying the I.U.C.N. Convention on Endangered Species.

It was agreed at a meeting on March 1, 1973, that it was highly desirable that all Member States of the Community should deposit their Instruments of Ratification together.
