§ 48. Mrs. Doris Fisherasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to be able to approve a suitable ventilation unit for use in sound insulation schemes to conform with the Noise Insulation Regulations of September 1973.
§ Mr. SpeedThe approving authority is the Agrément Board which is currently testing three units. Results will be available shortly.
