asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is satisfied with the efficiency of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre at Swansea, in view of the delay in issuing a licence in the case about which details have already been sent to him.

I very much regret the delay in the case to which the hon. Member refers and I shall be writing to him about it.
