asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what appointments he has made to the Maplin Development Authority.

Mr. Eldon Griffiths

I have made the following appointments to the Maplin Development AuthoritySir Frank Marshall, Chairman. Brigadier T. F. J. Collins. Mr. J. Gestetner. Mr. W. J. Glenn. Sir Keith Granville. The Rt. Hon. the Lord Greenwood of Rossendale. Mr. P. Laister. Mr. N. N. B. Ordman Mr. N. J. Payne.

Brigadier Collins has been appointed after consultation with the Essex County Council; Lord Greenwood after consultation with other local authorities—including the Kent County Council—and with amenity societies in Essex and Kent; and Mr. Ordman and Mr. Payne after consultation with the Port of London Authority and the British Airports Authority, respectively.
