§ Mr. Topeasked the Lord President of the Council if he will make a statement outlining the policies that will be put forward by the British delegation to the World Population Conference in Bucharest.
§ Mr. PriorAll Governments taking part in the World Population Conference have been asked to submit to the United Nations Population Commission by 15th February a short summary of their policy. This is currenly being prepared and I will ensure that a copy is placed in the Library.
