HC Deb 01 February 1974 vol 868 cc168-9W
Mr. Roderick

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will consult the British Sugar Corporation about improving the distribution of supplies of sugar beet pulp.

Mr. Godber

Arrangements for the distribution of sugar beet pulp are a commercial matter which is entirely tion. I understand, however, that a large proportion of its production of pulp is distributed by rail and has been subject to delays for reasons which are beyond the corporation's control.
