(3)how many cases have been referred to an agricultural land tribunal in Wales in each year since 1970; and on how many occasions the tribunal's decision has favoured each party, respectively.

of Cardiff as a result of the delay in the payment of compensation by the Cardiff Council alleged to have been approved by his predecessor; and if he will make a statement.
