§ Mr. Rymanasked the Atttorney-General if he will introduce legislation this session to implement the proposals of Lord Justice Phillimore's committee relating to the law of contempt.
The Attorney-GeneralThe Phillimore Committee's report was published on Tuesday 10th December. The Government wish to allow time for public discussion before reaching conclusions about legislation on the committee's recommendations.
