§ Mr. MulleyThe board has been asked to provide further information which I shall need to consider before I can give approval to this project in view of doubts about likely demand. It has already consulted the Government about the choice of computer.
§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give details of the investment programme of British Railways over the next five years, and a breakdown of the figures as to how this money will be used.
§ Mr. MulleyThe level of investment to be provided over the next four years will be published in the annual White Paper on Public Expenditure. Details are under consideration with the British Railways Board.
