§ Miss Joan LestorDraft Council regulations are normally published in the EEC Official Journal ("C" Series) which is available from HMSO, from the Communities Information Office in London, and in many public libraries. Circulation by Government Departments would be a matter for the Minister concerned with any particular draft.
