§ Mr. William RossIn view of present difficulties of finding parliamentary time for the legislation needed to deal with this matter comprehensively, I intend to take a suitable opportunity of presenting a short Bill designed to improve public access to trout and other freshwater fishings and to reduce poaching.
§ Lord James Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the Government intend to introduce legislation in connection with the subject matter of the Hunter Report on salmon fishing.
