§ 31. Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what plans she has to seek to amend the Human Tissue Act, with a view to providing surgeons with more kidneys for transplant surgery.
§ Dr. OwenWe have no plans to amend the Act at present. However, a guidance circular on the working of the Act will be issued to health authorities early in the new year.
