§ 53. Mr. Dykesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with his colleagues in the EEC Council of Ministers on the development of a Regional Development Fund for Community countries.
§ Mr. HattersleyResponsibility for discussion of the Regional Development Fund has so far lain with the Foreign Ministers of the member countries. Their last discussion of the fund in the Council framework took place in June. It has since been discussed by Foreign Ministers in the context of preparations for the meeting of Heads of Government now taking place in Paris.
