Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what was the amount allocated to each county council in Wales in 1974.75 on the needs element of the rate support grant as a result of the personal social services unit factor in the formula; and if he will give the comparable proposed figures for 1975–76.
(2)what was the amount allocated to each county council in Wales in needs element of rate support grant in 1974–75 as a result of the operation of the acreage per head factor of the formula; and if he will give the comparable proposed figure for 1975–76;
(3) what was the amount allocated to each county council in Wales in 1974–75 in the needs element of the rate support grant as a result of the operation of the education unit factor in the formula; and if he will give the proposed comparable figures for 1974–75;
(4) what was the percentage increase in the rate support grant for all county authorities in Wales for 1974–75; and if he will also give the percentage increase for the needs, resources and domestic element of the grant, with comparable statistics for the proposed increases for 1974–75;
(5) what was the total amount allocated to each county council in Wales in rate support grant for 1974–75; and if he will give a breakdown of this total according to the needs, resources and domestic element of the grant, and give corresponding totals of the proposed rate support grant level in 1975–76.
