§ Q9. Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Prime Minister if he will make public the rules for the guidance of Cabinet Ministers on the use of Cabinet papers for literary purposes.
§ The Prime MinisterFormer Cabinet Ministers are entitled for literary purposes to consult Cabinet papers which they saw when in office, but they are asked to submit their manuscripts so that they may be examined in the light of the accepted conventions.
