§ Mr. DeakinsNo. The conference on New Initiatives in East-West Co-operation held in Vienna between 12th–16th November was a non-Governmental conference organised by the Vienna Congress Centre Hofburg in co-operation with Central Industrial Management Service, New York. The United Kingdom delegation included, in a private capacity, members of both Houses of Parliament and members of the business community. The proceedings of the conference will be published in due course by the Hofburg Centre.
