§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will now allow the Norfolk Education Authority to increase the provision of new schools.
§ Mr. ArmstrongMy right hon. Friend is aware of Norfolk's difficulties with regard to school accommodation and he will be meeting representatives of the authority to discuss these on 11th December. He is not yet ready to allocate resources for school building starts in 1975–76. When the time comes account will be taken of the existing shortfall of places and the expanding school population.
