§ Mr. HattersleyThe Regional Development Fund proposal was last discussed in the Council in June. Since then it has been the subject of further discussion by Foreign Ministers of the Nine in the context of preparations for the prospective meeting of Heads of Government of the European Community in Paris on 9th-10th December.
