(2) whether he intends to release IRA and UVF detainees on a pro-rata basis.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe policy of Her Majesty's Government is to bring detention to an end for all sections of the community as soon as the security situation permits. Where the decision rests with me rather than with the independent commissioners, I can only say that releases will not be on a pro-rata basis.
