asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many employers in the local office areas of Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich do not employ the 3 per cent. quota of registered disabled persons.

In these areas on 3rd April, 177 employers with obligations under the quota scheme were not employing their 3 per cent. quota of registered disabled persons.
